Beautiful
The place was very nice and very tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was there. We were able to store our bicycles saefely in a storage room. The garden is beautiful.

We had a fantastic time here staying in the 3 bedroom gite. It's very well-equipped, very comfortable and beautifully decorated with its own terrace for dining outside. Richard and Marvin are wonderful hosts and it's lovely having the three dachshunds around. The pool area is stunning. Thoroughly recommend!

Le lieu est superbe, la piscine très agréable; l’appartement est meublé avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé notamment la cuisine ou encore les moustiquaires dans la chambre qui sont très appréciables. Nous voyagions avec un nouveau né et tout était disponible pour nous occuper d’elle (chaise haute, baignoire, lit etc). Marvin et Richard sont d’une grande gentillesse ca a été un plaisir nous reviendrons sans hésiter

The gite was perfect
Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay. Richard and Marvin were great hosts, always quick to answer questions and made us feel very welcome. The gite was perfect and more than big enough for us, tastefully decorated with everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen - always a huge plus. We enjoyed days by the pool; a beautiful and peaceful space, shared with others on site but plenty of room. The weather was beautiful so we all were able to swim in the pool, including our 3 year old who never wanted to leave! The gites were brilliantly located for us (car hire is a must but very easy!), 20ish minutes from the airport, 30 minute easy drive to Carcassone medieval city, 1 hour by train to Toulouse, 1 hour to a beach - we went to Narbonne, lovely! - and various other quaint local towns and stops. A supermarket was only 7 minutes drive away for nights we cooked. All in all a brilliant stay and we'd love to visit again. Thank you Richard, Marvin and doggies!

Absolutely charming, beautiful and quiet place located on a gorgeous old property with a refreshing swimming pool enclosed by historic walls. The host has been super responsive, friendly and helpful.

I booked out the three gites for a birthday celebration. Richard and Marvin were incredible hosts; welcoming us with bread, cheese and wine, and the gites were thoughtfully stocked with all the home comforts and kitchen appliances/gadgets you could possibly need.

We had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful Languedoc. The perfect accommodation for this is Richard and Marvin's property. We have rarely felt so welcome. Richard and Marvin are fantastic hosts. They put so much thought into furnishing the houses that it is now simply perfect. Everything is just so that you feel at home. From the superbly equipped kitchen to the comfortable bed. The pool surrounded by old walls is also very pleasant. The location is perfect for exploring the area. It's quiet, yet you can quickly reach many beautiful places. It also helps a lot that Richard and Marvin have beautifully described some suggestions and top tips for excursions and restaurants. If we come back to the area, we will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful days.
What a wonderful place!
We've been here before but wanted to go back with our daughters. The place is so beautiful, in a lovely area to explore. As usual you get a wonderful welcome from hosts Richard and Marvin with wine and cheese ready for us in the gite. We were there when it was very hot and yet the gites were cool with plenty of fans if needed. There is also a stunning pool, which got plenty of use during our stay. Richard and Marvin are lovely and were so helpful when our flight was cancelled due to the French Air Traffic Control strike. Our daughters loved the relaxing time and the three Dachshunds that Richard and Marvin have, they are so cute. This is the sort of place where you can do as much or as little as you want. Visit the medieval city of Carcassone and local villages, as we did, or just simply relax by the pool. We will certainly be going back and highly recommend this place.
